Dear Visitor,
Welcome to our website. The websites above, namely the the European Parliamentary Review and the Euroatlantic Security Database (from April Security Policy Review) were with the financial support of the European Parliament, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Hungary and the HÖOK Fund for Students. The maintainer of the sites is the Corvinus Society for Foreign Affairs and Culture. The third site, Grotius is the online journal of the Institute of International Studies and the Doctoral School of International Relations of the Corvinus University of Budapest, and our Society is an associate partner of the site.
The Corvinus Society for Foreign Affairs and Culture was founded by the students from two fields of studies of two universities: students whose major is International Studies at Corvinus University of Budapest and Law students from Eötvös Loránt Science University. For more information about our Society, please check out our website in the near future (currently it’s under construction). With the Corvinus Embassy Project our goal is to develop a reliable information source for those who are interested in this field and to become an independent think tank for future researches.
The lexical part of the sites contain about 2000 pages of static content, which can be used for getting started as well as deepening the knowledge from different subtopics (legal, historical, institutional, political aspects of the topics). Besides this, the up-to-date online journal is an excellent way for you to keep yourself informed about the current events by collecting and writing analyses, articles or interviews in connection with the European Parliament or Security Policy.
In the name of the 30 contributors of the Corvinus Embassy Project I hope you’ll find this website useful and we can welcome you as a regular visitor. Unfortunately by this time only a few pages are available in English, however, we’ll try to do our best to set up an English version in the future.
Kind regards,
Mark Monori
